timer preferences and your last-used presets. your focus session log — durations, plus any intention or accomplishment text you typed. your birthdate for the life-in-weeks visualizer (never sent anywhere, including to us). saved sound mixes. quiz answers. BPM history. clear your localStorage to wipe all of it.

what we collect

brief anonymous traffic analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views, country-level location, referrer. no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking.

ads

this site uses google adsense to display ads. adsense may use cookies or similar identifiers to show you relevant ads based on your visits here or to other sites. you can manage ad personalization or opt out at google.com/settings/ads. we never sell your personal info.

your rights
